Senior Spokesmodel Styled Shoot: BOHO PARTY IN THE WOODS
Last Sunday was such a blast! I photographed my 6 beautiful 2021 senior spokesmodels for their Senior Styled Shoot: BOHO PARTY IN THE WOODS. As a Senior Spokesmodel each girl receives: 1. A Welcome Session, 2. A Senior Spokesmodel Styled Shoot with Hair & Makeup, 3. Their very own 2 hour customized senior session, and 4. Cap and gown minis in the spring and so many more perks! These girls are not only beautiful, they are smart, kind, funny, talented, hardworking, outgoing, bubbly and involved in their communities. I am so happy to have each and every girl as a part of my senior spokesmodel team!
We spent the entire day at the studio for hair and makeup. Kayla Butler styled their hair with their favorite Boho styles (lots of braids and fun curls). Andrea Connelly did their makeup, with natural colors to showcase their true beauty. MY VENDORS WERE AMAZING to work with! While the girls got all dolled up, I captured behind the scene photos of each of them and we jammed out to music. It couldn’t have went better! After showing up at 8:45 that morning finishing my set up from the day before, the girls started showing up at 10 am and hair and makeup started! We finished getting ready in the studio at 4:30 and headed out to the woods on golf carts. The girls faces lit up when they saw the styled shoot set up for the very first time! The shoot included a Belle tent, tall colorful candles, vintage crystal colorful glasses, tons of colorful blankets and pillows, handmade bouquets recycled from a wedding, my fave Target egg chair, an old ladder, and lots of other accessories to make up a boho vibe. While organizing and putting together the styled shoot, I had sent the girls dream boards with inspiration for dresses, hair, makeup, and to give the girls an idea of what the shoot and theme would look like (but never showed them the tent until the day of, it was such a great surprise for them!)
I also had a videographer and photographer there to capture behind the scenes photos for me to share on my website and social media to show future seniors what they have to look forward to from the Kyla Jo Photography Senior Spokesmodel Team. Our videographer, Mikayla Fields with Vivid Visions Videography (who is super sweet and talented!) and our photographer: Bella Roark Photography (who second shoots with me at weddings, and I absolutely appreciate and adore!) both did an amazing job capturing the girls and I working together to create MAGICAL PHOTOS and all the fun behind the scenes shots!
