Come along and walk through this beautiful blended family session in Muncie, Indiana. Mike was my volleyball coach freshmen year of highschool, 16 years ago! What!!! That makes me feel so old, these twins were little boys running around the court after practice and Kiley was a little girl practicing alongside us. I LOVED getting to capture this laid back family who just went along with the two little ones and what they wanted to do. Mike told me I was the most patient person ever, but in all honesty when kiddos have this much fun during their sessions, it makes my job of capturing them SO MUCH MORE FUN! Yes I got a workout, but you can’t fake this session! Just scroll and laugh along at all of their facial expressions. THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO! Yes these smiley posed ones are beautiful to have and hang on the wall, but the candid ones are memories that we create and I get to freeze in time. IT’S LIKE MAGIC!

I have captured both of of daughter's monthly photos for their first year of life and it is so sweet and precious to see them change and grow their first year of life and see how fast it goes. It is also sooooo heart breaking to see how FAST they grow. I am glad, as much time as it took to capture those photos, that I took the time to take them. Luckily you, as the parent and not the photographer, just bring your kiddos and I will capture them.

Minnetrista Muncie, Indiana Family Session in the Spring (with their dog)

This family traveled from Ohio to see their daughter graduate from Ball State University. I captured Hannah's graduation photos and then just a couple days later captured these family photos. Each of their kids traveled in from a different state and their grand-dog came from out west. He was the sweetest and so well behaved. (BRING YOUR DOGS TO YOUR FAMILY SESSIONS, and NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR EXCITEDNESS... I'm just as excited as they are!)

I love connecting and having such deep conversations with my clients at their sessions. Learning about their family and where they came from, what they do for a living, and their why's in life make me happy.

Williams Family Session in my NEW Lifestyle Studio

I got to photograph my first family in the new lifestyle studio and I am so in love! This sweet family of four were so energetic and the little ones were making me laugh the entire time. Some kids sit and smile, and then there are others that you just follow and let lead the session. These two were climbing, giggling, and cuddling. Which made all the cuddly and laughing lifestyle photos so much more real and raw! Thanks to the Williams family for having me capture your family photos, I had so much fun with you guys!

Rees Family Fall Photos at Minnetrista

I captured this sweet little boy in the hospital a year ago for his fresh-48 photos. Kim, his momma contacted me this fall wanting family photos and some of just their little Rowan. BFF Photo Shoot with Berkley & Courtney at Minnetrista

Scroll to that last photo to see Berkley & Courtney waving goodbye to their "B" balloon. It got a little bit windy, and as we were walking to the car the midwest derecho started. You would never know when looking through their session. 
This BFF session was full of laughs, dog kisses, best friend cuddles and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! I offered Best Friend Sessions back before Covid started, and we finally got it scheduled. They brought their bikes, adorable dogs, men (to carry all the props around haha), a picnic, BFF Balloons, super cute hats, a letter-board and of course matching jump suits!

Rhys: 4 Month Studio Photos

Rhys turned 4 months old & I have BABY FEVER!
To be honest, I don't photograph a lot of babies between the age of newborn and 6 months old. BUT this session with Rhys, made me want to photograph all of the 4 month olds in the studio!

His mom and dad brought the CUTEST little bonnets and stockings to his session, I ordered this gorgeous vintage styled moses basket from Tadpoles, and Rhys was the most perfect little model.

Danielle & Mason's Winter Wedding

Danielle & Mason were married on Saturday January 4th at the Columbia City Church of the Nazarene and had their beautiful reception at the Van Buren Event Center (My first wedding of 2020!). The two of them wrote the sweetest love letters to one another and read them aloud to each other at their first look at a little park under some tall pine trees. I had an amazing time capturing their love for one another throughout the entire day. Congratulations on your marriage and I can not wait to see the amazing future you two have together!

Marissa & Josh's Wedding At The Ballroom At Cardinal Hills

Marissa & Josh Jones were married at The Ballroom at Cardinal Hill’s on October 12, 2019 and their entire day was absolutely magical. Marissa was an absolute QUEEN! The two of them prayed with their bridal party, worshipped during their ceremony, cut pie in place of their cake, and had the most beautiful vows written to each other. Their love for one another showed throughout every moment of their wedding day and I can not wait to see what the future holds for the two of them, I know it will be AMAZING! Ariel & Matthew's Wedding Day at Meg's Country Celebrations with Kyla Jo Photography

Ariel & Matthew Brown's wedding was held at Meg's Country Celebrations last Sunday and the rain did not stop us from capturing gorgeous photos of their special day. They decided to move their ceremony inside the barn, but as soon as it was over the rain cleared up for beautiful photos. The two wore their Vans on their feet and a smile on their face the entire day. They kissed a million times and it made me smile each time, seeing their love for one another so apparent! So many special dances were held in that barn during their reception and Baby Shark was even played for all of the little ones! Amber & Dillion’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Amber lost her mom to cancer and she honored her in the sweetest ways throughout her special day. She had a charm with a beautiful photo of her mother hanging on her bouquet the entire day. During the reception Amber and her sister danced to “Supermarket Flowers” in remembrance of their mom, she spoke before they danced and asked her guests to think about all of the good memories that they had of her mom so the room would be filled with those wonderful memories. I shed some tears as did many of the wedding guests. It was such a sweet wedding! I could see Amber & Dillion’s love for one another through out the entire day.

Mariah & Kohl Wedding at Cornerstone

Mariah & Kohl are so sweet and their wedding was absolutely classy and romantic. The two of them were surrounded with love the entire day, by their bridal party and family members. Cornerstone in downtown Muncie was absolutely beautiful with it’s murals and elegant stair ways. They could not have picked a more fitting venue for the two of them. Congratulations on your marriage and your future years together.

Avery Turns 3 // Taco Bell Smash

Avery’s momma is a fellow creator and made this adorable shirt and tutu for her daughter’s 3rd Birthday Photo Shoot. She wanted to do something different for her session, and since Avery lovesssss Tacos and Mild sauce she came up with this adorable idea!

Bo Lukas Blake - First Birthday in the Studio with Cake Smash!

Bo Lukas Blake turns 1 today! 🎂🎉
Happy 1st birthday to this adorable little boy. He was all smiles yesterday in the studio. His mom and sister had him giggling and dancing for his first birthday photos and I could not stop telling him how cute he was! He had the cutest smash cake from Sea Salt and Cinnamon & a birthday milestone Sign was from Aniet illustration.

Nora Elizabeth Hannan // FRESH-48

Nora Elizabeth Hannan was born on August 31, 2019 at 12:33pm, weighing 7 pounds and 3 oz and measuring at 20 inches long. I made a trip yesterday morning to Anderson Hospital to photograph this ABSOLUTELY PERFECT little girl for her FRESH-48 session. I had captured her momma's maternity photos and can not wait to capture her newborn photos here in the next couple weeks. Congratulations Rayni & Kevin on your beautiful daughter.

Caroline Senior Photos

Caroline was such a blast to work with, we had the most perfect weather, so many laughs, and captured the most gorgeous photos of her! She was so adventurous as she climbed through all the prickly weeds! Danielle & Mason - Engagement

Danielle & Mason are the sweetest couple, they drove about an hour for me to capture their engagement photos, and were so adventurous during their session (which I appreciate so much!) I love being able to capture my wedding couple's engagement photos as well, that gives us some time to get to know one another and get to know each other's personalities. After our session, they told me how happy they were that they had found me (which makes me so happy to hear).
I always try and make our sessions fun with cuddles and giggles. I will give my couples different scenarios to act out, which usually results in the best natural laughs EVER! This couple did every impression and scenario the best I have ever seen, they had me giggling behind my camera even and saying aww! You can really see their love for one another in all the smiles and sweet moments that I captured.

Caroline - 5th Birthday Shoot

Caroline had the fanciest "Breakfast at Tiffany's" themed 5th birthday shoot in downtown Muncie and she had me smiling the entire time! OH MY, I mean look at her! She was such a little model! I need more downtown Muncie 5 year old sessions.
