Danielle & Drake were married on October 5, 2019 at The Barn at Cottonwood in Parker City, Indiana. They are high school sweethearts and had the two most adorable doggies who were included on their special day. Their bridal party was so much fun to photograph and a huge part of their day. I think I laughed and smiled more at their reception than I ever have before, the dance floor was full almost the entire time! Thank you Danielle & Drake for having me capture your wedding day, I might have went a little over board with your preview! Woops!Read More
Marc lost a bet to his girlfriend, his girlfriend Mallory came up with a great idea, she then tweeted this idea and a mutual friend tagged me, I of course said yes let’s do this, Marc and Boots were equally unhappy with the photo shoot, oh and did I mention Marc is allergic to cats!? Thanks Mallory for coming up with this amazing idea and thanks Marc for not being a sore loser.Read More
Ariel & Matthew Brown's wedding was held at Meg's Country Celebrations last Sunday and the rain did not stop us from capturing gorgeous photos of their special day. They decided to move their ceremony inside the barn, but as soon as it was over the rain cleared up for beautiful photos. The two wore their Vans on their feet and a smile on their face the entire day. They kissed a million times and it made me smile each time, seeing their love for one another so apparent! So many special dances were held in that barn during their reception and Baby Shark was even played for all of the little ones! Congratulations to Ariel and Matthew on your wedding, and thank you for having me capture it!Read More
I LOVE capturing this adorable family! They are so full of creativity and spunk and I love watching them grow!
I photographed Avery for the first time a year ago for her 2 year photos, Abrahm, Amiya, Alexa, & Avery this past Easter in the studio, Abrahm's 6 month photos, and Avery's 3 year photos just a couple of weeks ago.
I finally got the opportunity to capture the entire family all at once. Thank you guys for allowing me to document your family along the way!
I could not stop smiling the entire time I was photographing and editing this maternity session! Kelsey & Nick Vollmar already have one adorable kiddo (Wyatt) and I can not wait to meet their second little boy here in no time! Jacobs' Family Orchard was the perfect location for this sweet family. Thank you to Sonja for coming along and hanging out with Wyatt while we captured photos of just mom and dad.Read More
Avery’s momma is a fellow creator and made this adorable shirt and tutu for her daughter’s 3rd Birthday Photo Shoot. She wanted to do something different for her session, and since Avery lovesssss Tacos and Mild sauce she came up with this adorable idea!Read More
Decker turns 1!
His parents are in for a lot of adventures, bruised knees, ripped pants, and bandaids raising this little boy.
He loved climbing on all of the props, standing on the rocking chair, and getting cake all over himself. He is such an adorable and sweet little boy and I loved working with him and his family to capture his 1 year photos in the studio.
Bo Lukas Blake turns 1 today! 🎂🎉
Happy 1st birthday to this adorable little boy. He was all smiles yesterday in the studio. His mom and sister had him giggling and dancing for his first birthday photos and I could not stop telling him how cute he was! He had the cutest smash cake from Sea Salt and Cinnamon & a birthday milestone Sign was from Aniet illustration.
Caroline was such a blast to work with, we had the most perfect weather, so many laughs, and captured the most gorgeous photos of her! She was so adventurous as she climbed through all the prickly weeds! I loved working with Caroline and capturing her senior photos. I also found some new spots here in Muncie, if you are looking to schedule your senior photos and like any of these gorgeous locations let me know!Read More
Emma & Brandon drove from Ohio to scout out some wedding venues and had me capture their engagement photos while they were visiting! As soon as they walked up, a dog was running loose, so I threw my camera down and went chasing it (naturally). After the dog was safe and back with its’ owners, I introduced myself. Within just a few seconds, Emma looks down at my insulin pump (if you didn’t know already, I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for over 17 years) and says, “are you a diabetic?”, and raises her shirt to show me her dexcom sensor! Automatically we connect, because if you are a type 1 diabetic and see each other in public, you are automatically best friends (if you didn’t know that, now you know!) After we talked a while about our dead pancreases, we began shooting at Morrow’s Meadows! These two were so naturally in love, I asked them about how they met and they told me they met on Bumble. She told me that on Bumble, the girl has to reach out to the guy, so she made the first move. I told her about how my boyfriend and I met, and how I walked up to him and shook his hand and said, “Hi, I’m Kyla, what’s your name?” I had such blast capturing these two, and their love for one another! They were so cuddly and cute while bumping hips and almost knocking each other over, cuddling on a log and telling their own inside jokes to make each other laugh.Read More
TITUS is a sweetheart who needs a good loving home! He is so gentle, loving, cuddly, playful, and well mannered! I got to spend a couple hours with him yesterday driving to and from the studio and capturing some adorable shots of him. He listened so well and took the treats so gently, he loved pouncing around playing fetch and was so careful letting me take and throw the toy again! I would take him home in a heart beat after just spending a short amount of time with him, but needs to be the only dog in his home. I promise he will fill your heart with love and affection! Please help find Titus a home, he is currently at Wagglebottoms, where they have been fostering him for a while. Anyone who adopts him, will receive a FREE online gallery with all of his portraits to download and hang all around the house!Read More

Waj & Jason flew all the way from Texas to see Jason’s cousin graduate, while visiting for the weekend they had me capture their engagement photos. I have known Jason’s mom now for several years and she helped set up the engagement session. They were so sweet and even had matching shirts and superhero toys for their shoot (aw)! They met while Waj was visiting a friend in Texas, and just clicked! She plans on moving to the United States at the end of this year to stay with Jason! I am so glad that I got the opportunity to capture their sweet love story!Read More

Hadley and Charlotte were the sweetest little blue eyed blonde sisters to work with! We captured Hadley’s 1 year photos in the studio along with some photos of her and her big sister Charlotte. I am so excited to show you this past weekend’s project! I say “weekend project” but I spent about a week painting all of the wood, it felt like it was never ending. We spent about 7 hours in the studio on Saturday and about 8 on Sunday finishing up the shelving and organizing all of my props. This turned out 10x better than I ever expected, I could not stop smiling! If you have been in my studio previously, you are not gonna believe the difference it made, it is so much more spacious and open, and now all of my clients can see the props available during sessions.Read More

I am so happy that they had me capture such special photos and endured the cold, it was so worth it! I can not wait to share the rest of their gallery with them!Read More
