Marissa & Josh Jones were married at The Ballroom at Cardinal Hill’s on October 12, 2019 and their entire day was absolutely magical. Marissa was an absolute QUEEN! The two of them prayed with their bridal party, worshipped during their ceremony, cut pie in place of their cake, and had the most beautiful vows written to each other. Their love for one another showed throughout every moment of their wedding day and I can not wait to see what the future holds for the two of them, I know it will be AMAZING! Thank you for having me capture your love story!Read More
Danielle & Drake were married on October 5, 2019 at The Barn at Cottonwood in Parker City, Indiana. They are high school sweethearts and had the two most adorable doggies who were included on their special day. Their bridal party was so much fun to photograph and a huge part of their day. I think I laughed and smiled more at their reception than I ever have before, the dance floor was full almost the entire time! Thank you Danielle & Drake for having me capture your wedding day, I might have went a little over board with your preview! Woops!Read More
Ariel & Matthew Brown's wedding was held at Meg's Country Celebrations last Sunday and the rain did not stop us from capturing gorgeous photos of their special day. They decided to move their ceremony inside the barn, but as soon as it was over the rain cleared up for beautiful photos. The two wore their Vans on their feet and a smile on their face the entire day. They kissed a million times and it made me smile each time, seeing their love for one another so apparent! So many special dances were held in that barn during their reception and Baby Shark was even played for all of the little ones! Congratulations to Ariel and Matthew on your wedding, and thank you for having me capture it!Read More
Amber & Dillion’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Amber lost her mom to cancer and she honored her in the sweetest ways throughout her special day. She had a charm with a beautiful photo of her mother hanging on her bouquet the entire day. During the reception her and her sister danced to “Supermarket Flowers” in remembrance of their mom, she spoke before they danced and asked her guests to think about all of the good memories that they had of her mom so the room would be filled with those wonderful memories.Read More
Mariah & Kohl are so sweet and their wedding was absolutely classy and romantic. The two of them were surrounded with love the entire day, by their bridal party and family members. Cornerstone in downtown Muncie was absolutely beautiful with it’s murals and elegant stair ways. They could not have picked a more fitting venue for the two of them. Congratulations on your marriage and your future years together.Read More
Katelyn & Jacob’s wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. Their venue was amazing with their ceremony right in front of a huge willow tree and an arch way her dad made for her. Both of their families were so supportive and sweet, their bridal party was so much fun to be around, and her best friend Dixie (her doggy) was next to her all day. It was a magical day with her gorgeous dress and smile and their love for one another. I was so so happy to capture their special day for them! I can not wait to see what their future holds for them!Read More
Emma & Brandon drove from Ohio to scout out some wedding venues and had me capture their engagement photos while they were visiting! As soon as they walked up, a dog was running loose, so I threw my camera down and went chasing it (naturally). After the dog was safe and back with its’ owners, I introduced myself. Within just a few seconds, Emma looks down at my insulin pump (if you didn’t know already, I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for over 17 years) and says, “are you a diabetic?”, and raises her shirt to show me her dexcom sensor! Automatically we connect, because if you are a type 1 diabetic and see each other in public, you are automatically best friends (if you didn’t know that, now you know!) After we talked a while about our dead pancreases, we began shooting at Morrow’s Meadows! These two were so naturally in love, I asked them about how they met and they told me they met on Bumble. She told me that on Bumble, the girl has to reach out to the guy, so she made the first move. I told her about how my boyfriend and I met, and how I walked up to him and shook his hand and said, “Hi, I’m Kyla, what’s your name?” I had such blast capturing these two, and their love for one another! They were so cuddly and cute while bumping hips and almost knocking each other over, cuddling on a log and telling their own inside jokes to make each other laugh.Read More
Danielle & Mason are the sweetest couple, they drove about an hour for me to capture their engagement photos, and were so adventurous during their session (which I appreciate so much!) I love being able to capture my wedding couple's engagement photos as well, that gives us some time to get to know one another and get to know each other's personalities. After our session, they told me how happy they were that they had found me (which makes me so happy to hear).
I always try and make our sessions fun with cuddles and giggles. I will give my couples different scenarios to act out, which usually results in the best natural laughs EVER! This couple did every impression and scenario the best I have ever seen, they had me giggling behind my camera even and saying aww! You can really see their love for one another in all the smiles and sweet moments that I captured.
Here is just a sneak peek at your many photos! I am so excited to capture your wedding next year, YAY!
Get you a man that looks at you like Devin looks at Leah! I loved being able to capture Leah & Devin’s second wedding reception. It poured rain on my drive there and snowed about 2 inches on my way home. Somewhere in between Indiana’s dramatic weather, we got about 40 minutes to capture family, bridal, and couple portraits outside! The Cope Environmental Center was such a modern and unique venue, I loved the modern architecture and the natural light pouring in from outside. These two are so sweet and laid back, and have so much love for one another. Here is a large sneak peek of their family portraits, couple portraits, and a few details from their wedding reception.Read More

Emersyn Mae Pittenger was born on December 15, 2018 at 1:50pm weighing 7lbs 11oz and measuring 21 1/2in long. I am so happy that I got to capture her mom and dad’s maternity photos before she was born, and then 2 weeks after she was born I got to capture sweet little Emersyn in my studio. She was wide awake for about an hour and a half, then fell asleep for about 30 minutes. She was absolutely adorable and so sweet during her session.
As Fall was ending I drove about 2 hours to Freetown Indiana and met up with Clint and Kaela at Salt Creek Winery. I have known Clint for about 10 years from Diabetes camp, and met Kaela just a few years ago when she came and helped volunteer at camp. The two of them are the sweetest most down to earth people you could ever meet. I love that they included their old truck in their session and the gorgeous scenery from down south. They say that it’s good luck when it rains on your wedding day, so I am going to say it’s double the luck when it rains during your engagement photos! They were such troopers, smiling, laughing, kissing, and dancing through the rain. I can not wait to photograph their wedding day next year and am so glad that they had me capture their engagement photos.Read More
So Angela & Kevin surprised their family with a wedding ceremony, and I got to capture their "morning of wedding” photos! They told their family they were having a Mexican fiesta dinner, instead they had their very own wedding ceremony in their back yard at home. How sweet? The two had to include their fur babies in their photos and they were absolutely adorable!Read More
Takeisha & Nick are long standing clients who I have captured during all parts of their relationship, so it was fitting to capture their special day! Their day was absolutely perfect, her unique and beautiful wedding gown, all of the little details, the fall decor, their adorable son, the games they played on the dance floor, and the love this couple shares for one another. Thank you Nick and Takeisha for allowing me to be a part of your special day!Read More
I had such an amazing time with Kayla & Courtney capturing their wedding! They were both so sweet to work with and so in love with one another! Courtney started tearing up when they had their first look on the covered bridge and when she read her vowels to Kayla and it was the sweetest thing. Watching the two of them and their love for one another was such a heart warming experience and I am so glad that I got to be a part of their special day! Congratulations to Kayla and Courtney Young!Read More
Liz & Bryan had about 40 people in attendance at their intimate Catholic Wedding Ceremony. They were so sweet, laid back, and so in love. The two kept meeting eyes during the ceremony and huge smiles would burst from their faces! I loved working with their family and friends and especially the two of them to capture such great memories of their special day. Congratulations to Liz and Bryan!Read More
Oh where do I start!?! Kiley & Coty’s wedding was absolutely perfect! The couple were so sweet, so in love, and so much fun to work with all day! The family and their bridal party were so sweet and so helpful and kept the dance floor full all night! The groom’s mother decorated the ceremony arbor with floral that had looked like a professional florist’s work! The bride’s father hosted the entire event at his gorgeous home. Years ago he had acquired a bottle of Crown Royal that was from the year he was born and told everyone he wouldn’t open it until his daughter’s wedding, the entire bridal party and family enjoyed a shot or two together after his toast to the bride and groom. I am so happy that I got the chance to capture this beautiful wedding and help preserve memories from their very special day!Read More
Here is a second sneak peek at Kyle & Olivia's Engagement Session from this past Friday! I have known this couple for over 7 years and they are both so sweet and so in love with each other. I am so happy that the two of you are finally getting married! I had such a blast capturing your engagement pictures, there are so many more to come.
Congratulations Kyle & Olivia Horvath!Read More
Oh my word! Where do I start with this adorable unique little family? So James and Elyssa travel all over the place with the fair with their two little girls! Do you know how much respect I have for this family, I can’t imagine having two little girls within 10 months of each other and expecting a third while TRAVELING 6 months of out of the year!
It rained and rained this past week and I thought we were going to catch a small break from the pouring rain… but I was wrong. I messaged Elyssa and told her I would understand if she wanted to reschedule, I was expecting a “Yes I will need to reschedule to a time when its not pouring!” But instead I got a “We might as well go for it!” (I was so excited!)
We got to the White river and it was just sprinkling, so we got out and started our photo session under a tree and then headed down to the river. As soon as we got down to the water it started raining even harder, we then headed across the street to a small park, it of course started raining harder. Elyssa, James, nor the two kids ever complained. I kept apologizing that it was raining so hard and she could have cared less! They all rocked this session and it was honestly so sweet and romantic, with the two cuddling up to each other in the rain, dancing with each other, and watching the two kiddos play and splash in the rain puddles. I am so excited to share a few photos from this perfect session! Thank you Elyssa & James for being AMAZING clients and just going with the flow!Read More
Whitney & Chase Fieler were back in the states for just a couple more weeks, and we had to capture a 3 month session of Dax before they left to go back to Belgium. So many cute cuddly photos of Dax and his mom and dad.Read More
