Muncie, Indiana Portrait and Lifestyle Milestone Photographer
Read MoreI got to photograph my first family in the new lifestyle studio and I am so in love! This sweet family of four were so energetic and the little ones were making me laugh the entire time. Some kids sit and smile, and then there are others that you just follow and let lead the session. These two were climbing, giggling, and cuddling. Which made all the cuddly and laughing lifestyle photos so much more real and raw! Thanks to the Williams family for having me capture your family photos, I had so much fun with you guys!

Read MoreLook at little Deaglan! He was on the move his entire session, we were all following him around Whitetail Tree Farm's and letting him lead the way! I photographed his 1 year photos 7 months ago and he has grown up so much in that short time. This adorable little outfit was his dad's when he was a toddler and they wanted to include it in photos, and I was so happy they did!
Read MoreThis is the 3rd time I have worked with the Sorg family, and I absolutely love them! They are my kind of people, I always find myself laughing and smiling throughout their entire session, behind the camera and while we are just talking after words. I am so thankful for repeat clients like them! Here is a little peak at their Mother’s Day Mini session, how cute are they?!
Read MoreOH MY, Where do I start? These two boys were so stinking adorable! Aiden was only 1 month old, and was the cutest 10 pound+ newborn! His gorgeous blue eyes, kept looking right into the camera, and I could not have asked for more ( I did not even mind that he was awake the entire session! ) Liam, is going to be the best big brother to Aiden, I hope to see them back in the studio as they both grow!

Read MoreSince my highschool senior year when I decided I wanted to become a photographer, I knew I wanted to open my own studio one day. In my head this was such an unrealistic DREAM that I never thought it would actually happen. I assumed that I would be 30/40 years old with kids before I would actually be able to do it, if I could even do it then! After several months of looking at places to rent or buy and nothing seemed to be "just right", I found a space that needed a lot of work but it was PERFECT! After a lot of hard work from Dean, Cory & JR... I HAVE A STUDIO SPACE and a waiting room is in the works! I am so happy with how it turned out, I got to completely start from scratch and pick out the colors, trim, flooring, furniture, and design it to fit Kyla Jo Photography's style PERFECTLY! Thank you to my family who has pushed me and encouraged me to reach for my dreams, for all of the props that they have donated and to all of my clients who have helped me get here! I am so thankful for all of it! I now have an indoor studio space for newborns, children, headshots, pets, boudoir, and anything you can imagine! Here is just a little sneak peek at what my studio looks like and some of the details such as the flooring, paint color, furniture, location, my favorite parts, and some of my props!

Read MoreI had met Andrea and her daughter Alayna at a craft bazaar, where I had a photo booth set up at, I had mentioned that Alayna was a spitting image of Andrea (but seriously they are twins). The three of them, Andrea's parents and sister also attended the photo session. They were all so easy to work with and the session went so smoothly. I look forward to working with this sweet family again in the near future!

Read MoreSarah & Dik were such a blast to work with! We found some hidden treasures at Jacobs' Apple Orchard outside of New Castle, Indiana. The entire day leading up to the session was rainy and we were so worried that we would get rained out, but to our surprise it cleared up and turned into a beautiful evening. Sarah had warned me that they had never had photos done before and that they were both awkward, but the two were so natural and flirty with each other and I could not have asked for a better session! I can't wait to work with these two again in the future!
