Amber & Dillion’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Amber lost her mom to cancer and she honored her in the sweetest ways throughout her special day. She had a charm with a beautiful photo of her mother hanging on her bouquet the entire day. During the reception her and her sister danced to “Supermarket Flowers” in remembrance of their mom, she spoke before they danced and asked her guests to think about all of the good memories that they had of her mom so the room would be filled with those wonderful memories.Read More
Decker turns 1!
His parents are in for a lot of adventures, bruised knees, ripped pants, and bandaids raising this little boy.
He loved climbing on all of the props, standing on the rocking chair, and getting cake all over himself. He is such an adorable and sweet little boy and I loved working with him and his family to capture his 1 year photos in the studio.
Caroline was such a blast to work with, we had the most perfect weather, so many laughs, and captured the most gorgeous photos of her! She was so adventurous as she climbed through all the prickly weeds! I loved working with Caroline and capturing her senior photos. I also found some new spots here in Muncie, if you are looking to schedule your senior photos and like any of these gorgeous locations let me know!Read More
Emma & Brandon drove from Ohio to scout out some wedding venues and had me capture their engagement photos while they were visiting! As soon as they walked up, a dog was running loose, so I threw my camera down and went chasing it (naturally). After the dog was safe and back with its’ owners, I introduced myself. Within just a few seconds, Emma looks down at my insulin pump (if you didn’t know already, I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for over 17 years) and says, “are you a diabetic?”, and raises her shirt to show me her dexcom sensor! Automatically we connect, because if you are a type 1 diabetic and see each other in public, you are automatically best friends (if you didn’t know that, now you know!) After we talked a while about our dead pancreases, we began shooting at Morrow’s Meadows! These two were so naturally in love, I asked them about how they met and they told me they met on Bumble. She told me that on Bumble, the girl has to reach out to the guy, so she made the first move. I told her about how my boyfriend and I met, and how I walked up to him and shook his hand and said, “Hi, I’m Kyla, what’s your name?” I had such blast capturing these two, and their love for one another! They were so cuddly and cute while bumping hips and almost knocking each other over, cuddling on a log and telling their own inside jokes to make each other laugh.Read More
Waj & Jason flew all the way from Texas to see Jason’s cousin graduate, while visiting for the weekend they had me capture their engagement photos. I have known Jason’s mom now for several years and she helped set up the engagement session. They were so sweet and even had matching shirts and superhero toys for their shoot (aw)! They met while Waj was visiting a friend in Texas, and just clicked! She plans on moving to the United States at the end of this year to stay with Jason! I am so glad that I got the opportunity to capture their sweet love story!Read More
The Swilley family was amazing to work with! Their two kiddos were so mannered and well behaved, but loved being playful, giggling, and running around their parents at Minnetrista. I am so thankful that I can be a preferred photographer at Minnetrista and use their beautiful property to photograph my clients at.Read More
Danielle & Mason are the sweetest couple, they drove about an hour for me to capture their engagement photos, and were so adventurous during their session (which I appreciate so much!) I love being able to capture my wedding couple's engagement photos as well, that gives us some time to get to know one another and get to know each other's personalities. After our session, they told me how happy they were that they had found me (which makes me so happy to hear).
I always try and make our sessions fun with cuddles and giggles. I will give my couples different scenarios to act out, which usually results in the best natural laughs EVER! This couple did every impression and scenario the best I have ever seen, they had me giggling behind my camera even and saying aww! You can really see their love for one another in all the smiles and sweet moments that I captured.
Here is just a sneak peek at your many photos! I am so excited to capture your wedding next year, YAY!
GUYS! Look at little Brantley and his gorgeous momma Autumn Nicole Moore!
I had been scouting locations for a couple weeks for my Mother's Day Minis, and I found this location with some great spots, I arrived for the session and was even happier about all the greenery and gorgeous white blooms that had come in on the trees, in just the past week! I am looking forward to all of my mother’s day minis this weekend, so far I have 13 scheduled and a couple pending!
Introducing MISS SAWYER MONROE!
I don't know if she could get any cuter! My heart is absolutely melting editing her newborn photos in the studio!
I had the best assistants; momma Logan Niccum and auntie Tara Lee Berger! Here is a little sneak peek at her photos. She was such a little busy bee for most of the session, but towards the end she wore herself out and we captured the sweetest photos of her.
IT IS WARMING UP OUTSIDE, AND I LOVE IT! That means more outdoor photo sessions, more cuddles and adorable photos. I had the opportunity to work with Kendra and Noah at Whitetail Tree Farm a couple weeks ago, and they were so in love and giggly. They were both so sweet and photogenic, they were cuddling even when I was not posing them. You can see how much they love each other in every photo I took and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Enjoy some of my favorites from Kendra and Noah’s engagement shoot and leave them some love!Read More
Maggie came in for her 9 month photos, and I fell in love with her dark hair and gorgeous eyes! She was cracking me up with all of her adorable facial expressions. I can not wait to work with her again for her 1st Birthday party and watch her dig into her cake! We even snuck a few Easter Photos into her session, she was the perfect little model!Read More

Emersyn Mae Pittenger was born on December 15, 2018 at 1:50pm weighing 7lbs 11oz and measuring 21 1/2in long. I am so happy that I got to capture her mom and dad’s maternity photos before she was born, and then 2 weeks after she was born I got to capture sweet little Emersyn in my studio. She was wide awake for about an hour and a half, then fell asleep for about 30 minutes. She was absolutely adorable and so sweet during her session.
I got to capture this blended family and they were stinking adorable! Ashlee, Jon, Lauren, Logan, Alaina, & Asher all met me at Whitetail Tree Farm where we captured their family photos! Asher had me giggling the entire time with his silly facial expressions and laughs. They were such a sweet family to work with and I hope to capture their family again in the future!Read More
I absolutely loved capturing Ruthie’s senior photos! She was super sweet and so mature. She brought her illustrated Harry Potter book with her to her session and it made my day! We talked about how we had both read all of the books, and she showed me some of the illustrations in her gorgeous hardback book. She was like Alice in Wonderland spinning and smiling through the trees, so whimsical and playful.Read More
Avery was such a free spirited girl.
I got to chase her around and capture her spunky personality. We also did a session in the studio and she wore her adorable custom made tee made by her momma and loved all the stuffed animals.
How cute is she?
I have photographed the Romack family for several years now and known them for about 10 years. I coached Renee in cheerleading at church and watched her and her sisters grow up. It is crazy to me that she is a senior now! She is so kind and sweet and easy going and I am so happy that I got to capture her senior photos just as I did her older sister’s.Read More

Robyn & Matt Brown made the cutest little boy Luke! The adorable facial expressions I have had to sort through and edit had me smiling the entire time. I have known Robyn and Matt for about 5 years and ever since I met them I knew they would make the most loving amazing parents, and I was right. The amount of love these two have for this little boy is so abundant. Thank you for having me capture your family, there are so many more photos to come.Read More
