Bridget's Maternity Photos with Daughter
Maternity photos usually take place outdoors, but yesterday I had the chance to capture Bridget, her baby bump, and her daughter Kennedy in the studio! It has been so cold and snowy outside, so we decided to shoot indoors, and I was so happy that we chose to! Both Bridget and her daughter were gorgeous in their flowy dresses and floral crowns.
Deaglan - 1st Birthday
Deaglan had his 1st Birthday Session in the Studio last Wednesday, and today is his 1st birthday!
Look at how stinking adorable he is in those little suspenders!
He was pretty serious about his cake, he dug right in and loved getting his first taste of pure sugar!
I may have spent 30 minutes scrubbing the icing off of the floor, but it was so worth it to capture these sweet photos of Deaglan!
Jake Haney Senior Photos
This senior is a little special to me, Jake just turned 18 today and I had to share some of his senior photos I took this past fall. It has taken me a bit longer to edit these. 1. I wanted to be able to sit down and focus on each and every photo without any distractions. 2. I knew that editing these would make me a little emotional and reminiscent of our younger years. 3. It was soooo hot when we took these photos, so lots of sweat had to be removed from each photo. (haha).
Emersyn Newborn Photos
Emersyn Mae Pittenger was born on December 15, 2018 at 1:50pm weighing 7lbs 11oz and measuring 21 1/2in long. I am so happy that I got to capture her mom and dad’s maternity photos before she was born, and then 2 weeks after she was born I got to capture sweet little Emersyn in my studio. She was wide awake for about an hour and a half, then fell asleep for about 30 minutes. She was absolutely adorable and so sweet during her session.
Mariah & Quin // Engagement
Mariah & Quin were so cute and sweet to work with. They told me that they were awkward in photos, and they were everything but awkward! They were so naturally sweet and giggly. Mariah and Quin drove over an hour to meet me at Whitetail Tree Farm and capture their adorable engagement photos in the middle of winter! I am so happy that they had me capture such special photos and endured the cold, it was so worth it! I can not wait to share the rest of their gallery with them!
Aki & Rizzo - Christmas Chicago Cubs Style
I captured these two FUR-BABIES with my Christmas set-up in the studio about a month ago. Kayla Barta surprised her mom Julie Barton & step-dad John Barton with a photo album filled of photos of their son and grandson, Aki & Rizzo. As you can tell, they are big Chicago Cubs fans.
Cheyenne & Randy at Whitetail Tree Farm
OH MY WORD! Where do I begin, this is the only session this year that I have captured in the snow and I am in love! We could not feel our fingers after being out in the snow for about 30 minutes, but it was so worth it! Cheyenne and Randy were sooooo sweet to work with, I had such a great time with this married couple. I hope that I get to work with Cheyenne and Randy again in the future, because it was such a joy capturing them!
Kayla & Courtney's Family Photos at Whitetail Tree Farm
I met Kayla and Courtney earlier this year when I photographed their wedding, Kayla contacted me to capture family photos of her, her wife, two little brothers, and mom at Whitetail Tree Farm and I could not have been happier! Their entire family was such a blast to work with and I am so glad that they came back for more photos so soon.
Choate Family // Christmas Photos In the Studio
I absolutely love working with the Choate family, little Audra is so stinking precious! They wore matching Christmas jammies with DOGS skiing on them, I could not get over the cuteness! Thank you for coming back again and having me capture your adorable family.
Bilyeu Christmas Photos
The Bilyeu family are repeat clients and good friends of mine. Megan and I have known each other since we were little and danced together for years. When Megan and Justin had their precious baby boy, I HAD to capture his newborn photos and now I got the chance to photograph his adorable Christmas photos in the studio. He was the happiest little baby boy!
Krista, Cammie, & Lexie // Christmas Photos
I got to capture these two sweet girls and their gorgeous mommy! I loved working with Cammie and Lexie at Whitetail Tree Farm, running around laughing in the cold and then heading to the studio for Christmas photos in their cute festive dresses and jammies.
Bradley, Heather, & Malachi Christmas Photos
This is the second year I have captured these three at Whitetail Tree Farm. I think that we have started a tradition and I absolutely love it! We got super lucky with great warm weather (for winter at least) and captured such loving photos of Bradley, Heather, and Malachi. Malachi has grown up just in the past year, I love growing with my clients and being able to capture them growing as a family.
Qualls Kids // Christmas in the Studio
I got the chance to capture the 3 Qualls kids in the studio for their Christmas photos. They wore the cutest little Santa and elf matching pajamas. They even got to sneak some of Santa’s cookies towards the end of their session. For my Christmas session’s this year I included a free Christmas gift for all of my clients. Their mommy (Jamie) gets to pick out her favorite photo of her kiddos, then I will have it printed on a Christmas ornament and they get to hang it on their Christmas tree or give it away as a gift!
Ashlee, Jon, Lauren, Logan, Alaina, & Asher at Whitetail Tree Farm
I got to capture this blended family and they were stinking adorable! Ashlee, Jon, Lauren, Logan, Alaina, & Asher all met me at Whitetail Tree Farm where we captured their family photos! Asher had me giggling the entire time with his silly facial expressions and laughs. They were such a sweet family to work with and I hope to capture their family again in the future!
Ruthie // Senior
I absolutely loved capturing Ruthie’s senior photos! She was super sweet and so mature. She brought her illustrated Harry Potter book with her to her session and it made my day! We talked about how we had both read all of the books, and she showed me some of the illustrations in her gorgeous hardback book. She was like Alice in Wonderland spinning and smiling through the trees, so whimsical and playful.
Faith // Senior
Faith was so much fun to work with, we captured her senior photos at Minnetrista, where she drove over an hour and a half to have me capture them! I love when I get to meet seniors who have such big dreams and ambitions. She plans on going to Butler next fall, and had to include her acceptance letter in her senior shoot!
Leah & Devin // Engagement
Where do I start? The adorable puppy, their sweet love story, or the fact that I ended up with way too many photos of these two! I had such a blast capturing Leah and Devin’s engagement photos at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. I met Leah in Art School (How fitting) and was so excited when she contacted me to photograph the two of them and their adorable puppers. These are just a handful of all of the great shots that we captured on such a cold and icy day, they were smiling and so much fun to work with, the entire time, even after I made them sit right on the icy cement! Congratulations to this sweet couple and I am so excited to see your future together!
