Dog Christmas Photos
These three boys came into the studio for Christmas photos. (I had to wait and share them with you all after they were gifted.) Seriously, that was so hard to do because look at how stinking cute they are! Kuma, Aki, and Rizzo were such good boys in the studio.

Seriously, that was so hard to do because look at how stinking cute they are! Kuma, Aki, and Rizzo were such good boys in the studio. This was Aki and Kuma’s second year back in the studio, and Kuma’s first year. We of course had to include the Chicago Cubs, because their family are SUPER FANS!
Owen's First Birthday Cake Smash IN THE WOODS
Oh Owen, I photographed him as a newborn, and his older brother and sweet sweet family. We laughed and laughed throughout this session, his contagious smile, the fact that his older brother may have puked as soon as they got to the studio, the time that his mom dropped chocolate cake on my head, when dad walked in to the wrong door and into the owner’s apartment and so many more reasons. We literally were laying on the floor in laughter at one point with tears running down our faces. It’s those kind of clients that are keepers and make my job soooo much more fun than it already is. Thank you to the Brown family, mostly Robyn for this adorable set up and theme. She brought bags and bags of props into the studio and we created this set up together with a mixture of her props and my own. This woodsy, Buffalo plaid, First Birthday Milestone shoot was one of my favorites! Happy First Birthday Owen! You are too stinking cute with those cheeks!

Kelsie Morris Late Fall Maternity Photos
Kelsie was such a sweet and beautiful mom! She wanted outdoor photos with her husband and then some studio silhouette photos in a lace gown that I provided, and her little black dress. She rocked the “Pinterest pony tail” and all of her gorgeous angles and curves. She brought her ultrasound, letter board, and some cute onesies for photos. I am so glad that I could work with these two and capture their maternity photos, even though it was a bit chilly you would never know with that beautiful smile!

2020 Christmas Minis at The Barn at Providence Farm
My favorite year of Christmas minis yet! I can’t thank Katie from The Barn at Providence Farm enough for allowing all of my clients and I to photograph on your beautiful property. Everyone spoke so highly of your venue and how gorgeous it is. I have been shooting and editing constantly for the past few months (you know, cause it’s busy season) I finally had a few minutes to sit down and curate some of my favorites from my first round of minis (I will be sharing more from my second round here in the next couple of weeks.) I am so thankful for all of my clients who come back to me year after year and for my new clients who chose me to capture their family. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and I already can not wait for next years Christmas minis!

Field's Family Photos at Minnetrista
This family was AMAZING to work with, from their stylish clothes, to their funny personalities, and sweet dispositions. They were seriously a dream family client. So many natural laughs and cuddles and time spent talking and laughing together. I loved capturing their family photos and can not wait to work with them again in the future hopefully! Makayla and I met while I was photographing a wedding and she was the videographer. She is so sweet and talented, that I hired her to capture my senior spokesmodel team’s photoshoot on video!

Family Photos at the Craddock Nature Preserve
This family was such a joy to work with, momma did amazing job styling everyone’s outfits. I had to throw a few extra mom and dad photos into this preview, because I mean look at them! Mom and dad always deserve a few minutes to themselves during a family session, let the kiddos run around and capture some dreamy shots for them to treasure.

Diana & Devon's Fall Engagement Session With Their Dog Roscoe
Roscoe is excited to announce that his mom and dad, Diana & Devon are getting married! I am so happy for my cousin and his sweet fiance. We had their engagement session a couple of weeks ago at Maplewood Golf course and it was absolutely beautiful. Roscoe their fur kid was so stinking cute and loved riding around in the golf carts. So excited for you guys, and can't wait to see you get married!

Lauren & Her Dog Luigi - Dog Photoshoot
Lauren is my hairdresser and I just adore her! She scheduled a session with me last time I was in her salon chair and the Indiana weather pushed it back a bit, but we finally got to meet at her grandparent’s property to capture her and Luigi together. Luigi is such a well behaved dog, and was cracking me up when he would get the zoomies and run across the yard! He loved all the cuddles with his momma, and all the treats that followed each photo. I loveeee photographing dogs and their owners, because dogs are like children and best friends all in one. When I was a senior and my dog Biscuit was 12 years old, I had photos taken at my home with him and my dog Ellie May. Biscuit passed later that year and those photos still sit on my book shelf. This past year, I had branding photos taken for my website and brought my dog Kip along. Those photos are so important to me, knowing that Kip won’t be around for forever, and knowing that I have those special photos to hold on to for the rest of my life.

Cameron's Senior Photos With His Dad's '69 SS Camaro
Cameron Cox said he liked classic cars on his senior form that I have all of my senior clients fill out. Little did I know that this ‘69 SS Camaro would be this COOL! Cameron got quite the variety of locations for his senior photos. We started at his home and captured a few photos with his two beagles, headed to a bridge near his family’s home with his dad’s Camaro, drove into downtown Muncie and walked a couple blocks, and then ended along the river in Muncie. He got all the fall colors and had such great weather for his session. Just a month earlier I captured his older sister’s wedding, it was so much fun getting to know this sweet family and capture such important moments for them.

Mickey Mouse Cake Smash - Huxley Turns 1
Huxley Turns 1... Mickey Mouse style!
His mom and dad brought this little guy into the studio for his 1 year photos. Momma brought the cutest Mickey Mouse themed items for his cake smash, Cricut cut out Mickey heads, and a homemade cake that Huxley LOVED! He was on the move until we brought the cake out, and then he sat down and ate almost half of the cake.

Blair's Senior Photos at Pendleton Falls Park
Oh Blair! I absolutely adore this sweet senior. She is one of my senior spokesmodel girls and is so full of life and has such a bubbly personality. She is such a giving person with such a big heart, and apart of so many different groups and activities. She is a senior at Madison Grant, and wanted an outdoorsy/water/bridge senior session. She came up with the Pendleton park and it was PERFECT! Her older sister came along for a few photos as well in their matching tutus and t-shirts with their birth year. The whole family tagged along and dad carried her outfits, mom and sister redid her hair and carried all of her cute accessories. I can't wait to shoot again with her in the spring for her second half of her senior photos.

Abigail's Senior Photos - Graffiti Style
Abigail was such a sweet senior to work with. We started in nature in the woods, then headed to the river in downtown muncie, while we were shooting we both saw this SWEET looking graffiti wall. She had told me she was interested in art and it was absolutely perfect for her and her style. I have 30 minutes left to shoot with her in a couple weeks and then I have family photos booked with her and her family in December.

Cooper Christmas Minis in the Studio
I had the Cooper family in the studio to model for Studio Christmas Minis this year, and look how stinking cute they are! Wyatt was so excited to have his photos taken, while Noah his little brother, had to warm up a bit. Once we got them cuddling and hugging each other they were good to go!

Makinsey & Mason's Halloween Wedding
Makinsey & Mason’s Halloween wedding was perfectly FANCY & SPOOKY. These two are the most unique free spirited people and they make me smile every time I am around them. We captured photos of the two of them and their two doggos a couple years ago, then their engagements earlier this year. I was so excited when they told me they were getting married at the Neidhammer on HALLOWEEN! The Neidhammer offered gorgeous walls and high ceilings, brick and layered old paint. Makinsey and Mason added such gorgeous details to their venue, a casket ring box, custom jean jackets, a light up neon sign, dinosaur masks for their entry, and even a black garter! I can not wait to get ALL of their photos back to them, because there are so many personal images for the two of them that I could not share that they will treasure for forever!

Booking Your Fall Photos in 2021
Let’s talk booking your FALL session!
If you are wanting to book fall photos in 2021, I suggest you email me as early as June to get a weekend date, and no later than August for any evening fall photos. I am booked up for the year of 2020 and so thankful for all of my amazing clients.
Let’s talk booking your FALL session!
If you are wanting to book fall photos in 2021, I suggest you email me as early as June to get a weekend date, and no later than August for any evening fall photos. I am booked up for the year of 2020 and so thankful for all of my amazing clients.
A little information about scheduling your sessions:
Senior Sessions are usually 2 hours in length, family, couples, children, and maternity sessions are usually an hour in length.
When you reach out through my website, I receive an email and respond (usually within 48 hours). I send you my pricing and packaging for each session, you let me know what you are interested in and we discuss locations, dates, and details.
Once we pin down a date, I send you a booking link where you reserve your session with a 50% payment. The remainder is due the day of your session either in cash or check.
When it comes to locations…
I have quite a few that I regularly shoot at. I do shoot at client’s homes as well and requested locations. Barns, pine trees, pathways, rivers, beautiful trees, front porches, and woods usually make for great session locations. When we email back and forth, I always ask what your style is (city, downtown, nature, a mixture?)
I then suggest several locations depending on the season and time of day.
What time of day is best?
I only shoot outdoors in the evening time, usually an hour to two hours before sunset for the best lighting. I want all of my clients to receive the best lighting at all of their sessions.
I would love to work with you and your family and capture your photos, and make the experience exactly what you need!
Sierra's Fall Soccer Senior Session
Sierra booked just a day after her bff Lexi, Sierra is also a senior spokesmodel girl on my team! She is such a sweet human being, so quiet and laid back. We started her session, just the two of us at the nature area near the reservoir, headed down the road to Redtail Conservatory, and then ended at the Wapahani soccer field. By the end of her session it was starting to drizzle and we were all freezing, so we decided to finish her senior session later this month at her last location. Sierra brought her lettermen’s jacket, soccer ball, uniform, and cleats for some shots to showcase her passion for soccer.

Lexi's Fall Senior Session with Her Jeep Wrangler
Lexi, one of my senior spokesmodel girls had her senior session this fall and she brought her Jeep Wrangler along. I love when seniors incorporate something special and unique to them such as a vehicle, sport they play, pet, or hobby. We started at the nature area near the reservoir, headed to the river for photos along the water and ended at the Craddock Nature Preserve in her gorgeous pink dress. Her mom and bff Sierra (another senior spokesmodel girl) tagged along and assisted in carrying her outfits and making her laugh.

Leah's Senior Session - At the Nature Reserve, River, and Minnetrista
Leah had 2 senior sessions this fall, the first with her horse and in downtown Muncie and the second session at Minnetrista, the Nature Reserve, and along the river. I absolutely loved getting to know Leah and her family over 3+ hours of shooting together. I am so excited to be sharing a peek at her second senior session, YAY!

Parker & Allyson's Engagement Photos in Muncie Indiana
Allyson & I met in college in art school, when she reached out to me about her engagement photos I was so excited to catch back up with her and her fiance! They drove down from Fort Wayne a couple months ago and it started pouring, so we decided to reschedule. When we rescheduled, I was so excited that they got the gorgeous fall leaves and colors at Minnetrista. I am so excited to shoot their wedding next winter (as long as covid does not change their plans!) These two were so cuddly, Parker was hugging and kissing on her the entire time while she smiled and giggled so naturally.
